Short answer
Upload one front-facing photo. Long, straight dark hair works best. Full glam makeup comes first, then brushed-on bleach, blonde straightening and big waves, with a fixed background music track. Make it on MemeVideo from $9.90 without signing up. The result is AI-generated; review the samples and consent rules before paying.
A practical photo checklist
Choose a clear front-facing solo portrait with long, straight dark hair, all of the hair visible and enough space around the head. Avoid hats, heavy filters, blur and hair covering the eyes. Other hair types may produce a less consistent starting point; the fixed sequence does not offer a custom color picker.
If the upload is rejected
Read the displayed reason. Use JPG, PNG or WebP up to 5 MB. A file problem needs a corrected file; a permission or content issue needs a different permitted photo. Repeatedly uploading the same photo will not resolve a policy rejection.
The generated appearance
Your character starts in full glam, Western-style makeup, brushes on bleach, reveals straight blonde hair, uses a straightener and then curls it into big waves. The 12-second vertical clip includes a fixed background music track. Long, straight dark hair gives the starting sequence the best match.

Limits of the effect
AI can change facial details, hands, tools and hair texture. The 12-second 9:16 sequence, blonde color and background track are fixed. It cannot predict real dye results, assess hair damage or recommend a bleaching process. The three samples show different AI-generated people.
